PACE plugin authorisation problem - Invalid Licence File

If you experience the following error during plugin authorisation, please read on:

"THIS FILE DOESN'T CONTAIN VALID LICENSE DATA AND CANNOT BE USED."

This behavior occurs with license files when their digital signature is altered, removed or corrupted. This can occur through tampering (advertent or inadvertently), but more often it happens during transport of the license file from one computer to another. This is especially a problem with using portable USB drives.

In order to resolve this issue, please archive the '.ilr' using zip or Stuffit format on computer that you wish to authorise. Please do this before transferring the file to the internet connected computer from where you plan to send us the file. Following this process will ensure that the digital signature of the license files remain intact.

Once received, we will authorise your registration code as soon as possible, and send you the zipped .ilf. Unzip the file, but do not open it. Simply use the PACE authoriser to load the file to complete the final stage of plugin authorisation.
